Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Massage Envy, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and engaging top talent for our network of massage therapy clinics across Chicago, IL. Your expertise will drive the recruitment of managers, assistant managers, and massage therapists, contributing to our continued success in providing exceptional wellness services.

Work Hours:

• Standard Time: Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm CST
• Flexibility: Must be available some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Continuously post and refresh job listings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Professionally and promptly respond to qualified applicants.
• Conduct phone interviews, showcasing excellent spoken English.
• Coordinate final-round in-person interviews.
• Cultivate and expand the company's LinkedIn network, engaging in relevant groups.
• Match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
• Provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
